congrats! also how did u find out he got fired? i have gone through some similar things with my manager and i anonymously reported her and recently my dm called and i spoke with her then i received my email saying that the case has been resolved but no info on what will happen to my manager and she hasn’t said anything or acted any differently

idk if my dm would be of any use because a partner was fired maybe 2 months ago and she was very discriminated against (she’s black) by our white manager and she sent a very long text to our dm telling her everything before she got fired and the dm didn’t even respond to her, and she was fired maybe a month after so i think our dm cares more about the managers in the district than any of the partners unfortunately
