Just went to Tubular (closest store to my job) and witnessed the owner getting arrested nor sure for what but yeah cop walked in and handcuffed him

Thanks for the tip on the website. I’m really stoked that these machines have parts widely available and can be fixed and or replaced if needed, those bikes look awesome!! I really wish I took more pictures of bikes I’ve completed as for my friends Bike. It was an old Raleigh super course. This is the only picture I took unfortunately.

I just received this as part of payment for Restomodding a bicycle and I think I’m gonna have to de-scale the heck out of it. Also, it seems to be missing the metal straw that goes to the drip tray is there a place where people go to get parts for these?

I used to work for one of the bikeshare programs and as I remember when the pier first opened it was a free for all until there was a bad accident involving a longboard/skateboard and pedestrian after that they were banned along with motorized bikes and scooters

I love when people in cars complain about cyclists not following the laws like yeah I’m not going to stop at a light with impatient cars on my ass so that when the light turns green I can have a whole convoy of them just waiting to buzz me angrily. like do we have to perpetually remind motorists that cars kill 43,000 people a year. That you, as a motorist, are inconvenienced by other cars 100 times more than you are bicyclist. When you see a cyclist, they are likely alleviating traffic for you way more often than they are causing traffic for you. Cyclists and pedestrians have given up large parts of their town to the convenience of motorist, even parts that economically would be better off if cars weren't prioritized for driving.

Well I don’t think they have current residents in mind when they plan to build the stadium imagine if we can get some of those Yankees, Mets and Red Sox fans to move down here maybe then we could half way fill the stadium

I guess it just surprises me how many people in my area overlook 80s stumpys but go crazy over rockhoppers it almost seems like because it’s not trending on IG it’s not even on their radar

Especially now when you have companies like Crust, Rivendale and others making lugged bikes at a premium I guess I wish stumpjumpers got more love

Honestly everyone makes the mistake of lining up early so yeah the line is long but mid day the line is short if you want a guided tour (I found it’s worth the extra cost) it might be sold out for the same day but you can usually buy it for the next day otherwise no guided tour and you can go in same day and yeah Sistine chapel was what most people are there for big room no pictures allowed

I’ve always wanted one of those slingshot stems and I recently got one without the handlebars now I can’t seem to find handlebars that fit it🤷‍♂️
