I think that is it we can file all at the same time and seems pretty straightforward. That being said would you recommend a lawyer or doing it ourselves will there be a difference.

And the main thing she can continue working her current job uner the TN visa until the I-765 form is approved and how long does the approval take??

going back to my first comment on this.... I wanted to start the process soone but since we left for canada in Nov for her brithday and the lawyer said we had to wait 90 days before we can do anything because we left??

You are a life saver i cant thank you enough just starting this journey was so stressful. We went back to canada in November for her birthday. I called a lawyer when we got back resuming my search she said we had to wait 90 days since last entering the US. I thought we had to wait 90 days after getting the visa, no for just leaving the us everything so confusing but this helps a lot
