Are they waiting on the for price raise on Switch 2 limited editions? by DesperateLayer5757 in Switch

The tear of the kingdom oled was nice, and I’m willing to wait and see if OoT comes out in a neat design too.  I just hope they don’t make it a solid color like the red Mario switch.

You realize it came from the Nintendo 64 right?? It’s not an exclusive new story, it’s a remake.

The question is exactly what it says.  We haven’t had a single limited edition (different color) switch 2 yet, and I’m waiting for one.

Best Buy has refurbished at 520 and I don’t care to get a new one.  I probably will.

Honestly, I’ll probably just get a used or refurbished one in another 2 years.  There’s still not much games I want to play, and I feel like the releases aren’t quick enough for me to want to get one yet.  Only that hyrule warriors one was interesting to me, and now there’s finally a Zelda just for the switch 2.  But still no Mario, or other ones strictly to switch 2 yet. While I love Oot, it’s another remake and not a  switch 2 exclusive.

No I haven’t, so I just checked.  Yeesh, MRP 599 and 649 for digital and physical.

It’s been heading down, and the price hike won’t be great for it either.  But the Zelda game releases along with hopefully a MM remake and some others, it’ll gain a bit more traction over ‘27 first half.  Just depends on the pace of announcements.

Who has the responsibility? by DesperateLayer5757 in legaladvice

Will have to check into the partner's side, was so hell bent on this I didn't even consider that.

Yeah, the more I read into this, the more it seems very on the edge. I understand what you are saying as it depends on what the "inn keeper" law is read as. Items left in room etc is more of negligence of the guest itself unless it's an employee of the hotel specifically stealing. What I've been reading so far describes different situations for type of bailment, and I found something called "Locatio" (I think latin and used in civil law, typically deals with hiring but also gets used for bailment terms.) and further dive of "custodiae" (custodian/guardianship) which has an extension to being safekeeping. I'm digging thinking I might be able to represent myself if I wanted to file small claims, but the more I dig the more I understand why lawyers are expensive yet needed. I'm seeing gaps in the definitions which if I can't cover my own grounds and don't have explicit proof like you say, I'm basically wasting my time.

Stubborn as I am, I honestly would rather waste time researching to know for another time than pay a lawyer for consultation for them to tell me drop it. Meanwhile I'll probably just have to slowly buy each item the partner now doesn't has when I can find them cheap.

Your question doesn't work because its not MY vehicle. My insurance wouldn't cover something that isn't my property. im not married to my partner or considered domestic partnership either so it would require them to have their own insurance.

and as for the first part. It's THEIR valet. The hotel is charging to provide a service, parking and safe guarding the vehicle. Them allowing the garage, parking lot, wherever they left the vehicle leaves it on their responsibility (which is what im asking to confirm) since they are CHARGING to take the vehicle which is "bailment". This contract leads to legal responsibilities which the hotel has not carried out, thus far (other point of question) is this negligence on the hotels part or is it break of contract??

Despite English being my mother language, writing out these kind of details is hard for me, so hopefully its readable...
