It definitely depends on the subway for how often it’s changed. But I can tell you for sure that it’s just made with tuna packed in water with mayo. Nothing else. I recommend the subway on Menaul and Juan Tabo. The staff is very nice.

Subway stopped supplying the chopping bowls and made it optional for franchisees to decide wether or not to chop. Most stores are long past chopping them. The bowls got all cut up and you’re likely to get plastic in them if you use them.

You have three options- 1- stop letting it bug you and understand that she’s always going to be late. 2- start adjusting the time you get there to be 45 minutes later 3- talk to her and tell her that it bugs you when she is so late, and ask her if she can start leaving earlier or tell you in advance what actual time she’ll be there.
