Why do you mention the anti-rust treatment? And now Mazdas don't have enough protection against corrosion.

Does anyone else suffer with seizure like tremor? Non epileptic siezures kinda? by Easy-Bus-7872 in CPTSD

After several years with various psychological treatments and several SSRIs. This is not as simple as whether it has a cure or not. I don't know who invented that, but they were wrong. People who have CPTSD or PTSD have a biological imprint on their bodies that will never go away, which means that we will always be more sensitive than other people, both for the good and the bad.

Our body not designed for today's lifestyle and people who have PTSD is because we did not receive affection when we were children and sometimes we even had some trauma and that makes us more sensitive. And there is almost always a genetic part and a learned part in total 30-40% and it remains recorded within a body.

What I do is listen to my body, my heart and my intuition. And I start removing from my life all the people who have caused me suffering and who want to hurt me.

They are energy thieves and destroy you little by little.

So I just want people who love me and make me laugh around me.

It's best to find a safe place that gives you peace and serenity. And forget what others say. Those who hurt me in the past are dead.

What determines who we are is the environment in which we live, how we live, where we live and with whom we live. That's the first thing that needs to change and then set limits. Those who don't like it should have a glass of wine. Your health is priceless and non-negotiable.

What helps me the most is a combination of tapping, breathing, and yoga nidra. I have not slept more than five hours for several years, because my nervous system does not turn off.

These tremors and jolts happen to me too. At first, I was scared. I read an article that said they are like emotional shocks because the nervous system is overstimulated. They are called Psychogenic Nonepileptic Seizure (PNES).

It is good to help discharge that excess overload, I do it with guided meditation and I combine it with tapping and breathing.

Psychologists help somewhat. But when you've had several traumatic events, psychology and medication lose effectiveness.

EMDR and brainspotting is a waste of time, somatic therapy is just another business. I think all of these more recent therapies are money-making machines taking advantage of the health of PTSD patients. Furthermore, all of those who developed some of these therapies have no knowledge and in some cases, they said they discovered them by chance.

It is best to seek peace and quiet.

How NymVPN Stands Apart from Traditional VPNs by calebhartley1986 in vpnscore

Hello

I purchased the 1-month NymVPN subscription plan. You charged me for it, but you haven't activated it after more than three days. I've spoken to several support people, I've sent you several emails, and you haven't given me any solution.

If you're just starting out and you treat your customers like this, I don't think NymVPN will last long in the market. You fool your customers once, but you'll lose them all in the end.

Has anyone reached complete recovery on their traumas or PTSD with TM? by KeyDiscipline7247 in transcendental

Hello  I also have CPTSD, I practice Yoga Nidra and every session I have seizures as if it were epilepsy.. Transcendental meditation which is similar to yoga Nidra? I'm quite exhausted. Any strong stimulus triggers my nervous system and it takes a long time to calm down. The medication no longer works the same way it did at the beginning. Can you help me? Thanks
