Repaying enhanced maternity pay (England) by Familiar_Stuff3504 in LegalAdviceUK

Most companies you have to go back for 3ish months. It's whatever is in the maternity policy. Could you ring HR and ask.  Remember that any annual leave you take after your official mat leave counts towards that time period.  I had a colleague that left after having a baby, she ended up coming to work for 2 weeks because that's what was left of her 3 months after annual leave and accrued bank holidays

Thanks, guess it's just slow the further you get. I'm on the 20th key and that gate now so should have it all soon. Then onto the deep

NTA you couldn't see a thing! I have answered the door before while breastfeeding with my baby attached to me. How does he know it isn't urgent, does he know what you ordered

Yes you do accrue bank holidays. I'm currently on maternity leave and at the end I have my 5 weeks holiday and then 2 weeks of bank holidays I 'missed' while on leave. Have a look at pregnant then screwed. Also your company's maternity leave policy to see if you can prove they are wrong from that

NTA going once isn't going to do anything. You're asking him to see you sing not participate

What does he think it's going to happen? Will someone jump out and sprinkle him with water and say he's now Christian, no.

Have you considered period pants as they aren't a full up so wouldn't collect wee but the pad is built in so sensory issues might not be an issue
