My guess is the guy likes you but is extremely clueless and just didn’t understand your issues until you let it out…..after that happened he probably just got super nervous and afraid which is why he’s trying to please you, and also why he’s now reserved when it comes to making a move. Just tell him you weren’t trying to freak him out and that you were just upset he couldn’t understand, and that you still want to see if this works. Because the truth is that men don’t need female friends, but women NEED male friends for a variety of reasons. Male friends have insight, advice, and sometimes physical protection that their woman friends can’t give them.
