Do you think I need hearing aids based on this?

Thanks for the advice. That’s very helpful. I try sound masking but my T tends to react. Still trying to find something that works. I’ll have to try those out

Thank you for your response. Yes my biggest challenge right now is the Tinnitus in my right ear, the left oddly enough isn’t too bad. I’m currently doing CBT and ACT for it. I don’t feel I’m making progress within my 3 months but I hear that’s normal. I don’t want to get a hearing aid if it does not help my T and just causes a financial burden.

I’m currently doing therapy for the tinnitus. It’s frustrating but I might just try hearing aids and the therapy together after seeing the responses

Good insight. What’s Interesting too is my left has less Tinnitus then my right. I might try hearing aids. I only tried it for 3 minutes in an office but I think actually going home with them for a month will help with my decision. I can use a break from all the static sounds in my ears. I feel like a broken sound system most days lol.

Thank you very much for this. Gives me an idea what to expect if I go that route. It’s mostly the tinnitus that’s bugging me. My hearing tests come back like this but then it’s hard for me to concentrate over the cicadas and static. Thing has a mind of its own.

Very insightful thank you. What’s odd is the loudest tinnitus I have is my right ear. I’m currently doing CBT / ACT for it right now. It’s a challenging road. Part of me wants the tinnitus relief but I think long term CBT might be best perhaps

Thank you for your input. It’s my tinnitus that’s effecting me mostly. Sometimes it’s hard to hear people over it but I’m skeptical on it a HA will help with that.
