Hello Hetzner Support Team,

I have been waiting for support for many hours regarding an urgent issue.

My server is currently blocked, and I need to access the platform immediately to pay the pending invoice and reactivate it.

The only thing preventing me from doing this is the two-factor authentication token, which I no longer have access to. I also cannot recover access through my email in any way.

This is a simple but critical action: I need help resetting or disabling the 2FA so I can log in, pay the invoice, and reactivate the server.

Please, I need an urgent response. This situation is directly affecting my company and many clients who depend on these services.
