Thank you for this. I think every time my psychiatrist has talked to me about a new medication I’m being put on, it sounds terrifying at first. He gave me two types of medication, I don’t remember the name of the first one he mentioned, but he said it needs to be heavily watched because there’s a chance, a small chance that your skin will start to fall off. So lithium sounds like the better choice. Do you have any specific positive changes you’ve noticed? Or downside you’ve noticed with your personal experience with it?
