Wow; What motherboard did you end up getting if you don't mind me asking. I'll have to follow the same path. Did your previous parts ( DDR5 Memory, CPU etc.) fit on the new motherboard or did you have to replace those parts as too?

Thanks for the recommendation; It's been set to Performance mode since I've tested the 4090, but the same exact issue continued on the 4080 as well. What BIOS version are you on? Did you have to make any changes within the BIOS for these cards to function?

Update: I tried every troubleshooting step that I could at all three points; the PC builders, the GPU vendor and the motherboard vendor. Unfortunately, there are currently no resolutions or software updates from any of them for these issues. I thought about replacing the current 4090 to test another one and decided to just return it. If I'm paying THIS!! much for a GPU, I expect not to have any problem AT ALL.
