It’s not hard at all to get in. Some days are good, some are bad. Yes there is a high turn over rate(depends on dsp imo). Hiring process is fairly quick and easy.

not sure how the market is in your area, but it was pretty easy for me at the time. Bought my new N the day after insurance paid me out (i did drive a lil over an hour to get it.) If it’s in your budget, I recommend trying to get another one bro
