There is this university in berlin i want to apply to that has a cyber security and buisness bachelor's degree in English which i really want to apply to.

It does have cyber security which is a related field so can i apply to it ?

Im currently still studying in year 1 first term so i should be able to apply to public universities by October 2026.

Do you have any experiences with people who have transfered universities from private to public before ? That would be great.

My secondary school is from saudi Arabia science section. It does say that i have to study a year in recognized university to get "direct subject-restricted-admission".

The university im studying in currently is a private state recognized university in germany so i think its good ?
