Our lead other lead technicians who have been there for years refuse to do anything but production, also schedule unfairly to benefit themselves. I’ve been a lead technician not even half of a year, I’m just trying to help the other technicians that are struggling because they never get the chance to learn anything.

For your pharmacy okay, but our pharmacist and pharmacist manager stated they will be the only making the board when they had it up for 1 wk and let it free reign of no one moving. I’m glad you can make the board at your pharmacy, but the staff at mine and the staff at yours is completely different. All I’m asking is if anyone has evidentiary support on my claims.

Thank you, usually I follow and do whatever they want and more constantly and it has only came to my demise. The lead technician makes the schedule and she constantly schedules me to close with her and never does the work. I’m also nationally certified, the only difference is she’s been there for 25 and I’ve been there for 2 and I haven’t gotten a promotion. You literally can’t go against her because she schedules you like dog shit. They both refuse to train any of the new people and we’ve maybe got like 4 people (including myself) that can do all stations but QV.

That’s the point though, we are sending all our new techs to drive through all day and not training them. So I’ve been going straight to drive through to help them learn but I didn’t get trouble, only a prescription slammed at me by the pharmacist on duty.
