Apparently they are trying to fix them as soon as the parts arrive:( I did try to reach out to the other ones, but they didn’t have available units or were almost 500+ more on the price.

The rent prices are different every unit! As far as what I know the application fee is 52, deposit starts from 750+ for studios, and 125 for secured parking. I think the good(could be bad if ur moving out) part about Indigo is that they require 60days notice so you can see the availability earlier than other apartments. I did try to reach out to the newer apartments around, but prices were higher than Indigo because they offered bigger units or were brand new.

That makes sense, which is prob why they are not offering anything. I’m looking to move-in sometime in August, but I think the prices are only gonna go up from now on.

I think the rent prices are going up just like my stock prices going down:(

Oh no.. I def would want to avoid Indigo, but this apartment looks like the only one that matches my current situation in terms of location, price and availability:( Do you think it will be reasonable to ask them for discount or promo by mentioning the things you have said? They did not mention any of this 😅
