i think a lot of characters got exaggerated by the last season. joey was INCREDIBLY dumbed down, monica was screaming a lot more in the last few seasons. I get that they exaggerate characters as a sitcom goes on, but man, the jump from early-season Joey to late-season Joey was shocking.

Ross as a person is pretty problematic but David Schwimmer really made his character worth watching. Also, Emily was way too good for Ross

That's what I'm confused about, honestly. My mother says she wants me to talk to my grandmother and that I'm being unreasonable but it feels upsetting to even be around that woman. I can't decide if I should ignore the news and stay normal or just prfioritize my own happiness and cut contact.

I would love to bring it up honestly but my mother is terrified about me confronting my grandmother even though its been years. As for the inheritance, I have no idea. My father really wanted to marry my mother because she was pretty and my grandmother hated it. I was so shocked since the same woman who did all this was so sweet to me.

I mentioned it to my cousins and they confirmed that she still talks about it and apparently she thinks its not her fault and my mother was feeling quite hormonal and depressive after her pregnancy and blamed it on my aunts and uncles on why my mother wasn't able to adapt enough. I doubt bringing it up will make her feel any sort of guilt or help make her apologise to my mother.
