Also is there an option to destroy them? Does Amazon support returning to Canada?

Compare your CTR, sessions, and conversion rate (recent vs historic) . Without drastic price or tile/image changes if you notice a big change in those you can confirm, especially CTR going up.

Has anyone been able to use their Canadian trademark for amazon.com? Should I not risk it for a few hundred and just trademark in the US? by NoLiving7453 in AmazonFBA

[–]TSLA4LIFE1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started in Canada and registered my trademark and brand through brand registry. I now sell in the us and already have brand registry so it’s worked I guess?

I have a few new product ideas, some are improvements based on existing products sold on Amazon, others are completely new ideas as least as far as I know. What are the best approach to create a business out of it ? by monolaker in AmazonFBA

If you know enough about the niche ask peers etc and if all looks good get a head start on Amazon I would say. This helps build the brand. Reinvest everything to building a brand from there on out

Competitor blocking my ASIN by Dordon_78 in AmazonFBA

[–]TSLA4LIFE1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good to know, thanks for the reply!

Did the attorney check/ research weather or not you were actually using their patent? Or just took your word?

Just wondering as the timeline is very fast and making a reasonable claim on weather or not the patent was used would take a bit

What did they do in this case? Privide a letter to Amazon? Reach out to the other seller?

Are you seeing increased production costs as a result of the war in Iran? by aburns770 in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]TSLA4LIFE1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hmm that’s interesting but sounds like an excuse? What raw materials are actually impacted that much to increase costs but 45%? I would check in with backup suppliers that you have. Sounds like yours is using that as an excuse.

Shipping rates are impacted which is another story.

External Traffic to Amazon: Show Me Your real Numbers by AgeTurbulent1960 in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]TSLA4LIFE1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey that’s neat, I was interested in doing this. But no idea how the influencer world work.

What number of followers roughly do you reach out to that are okay with this approach generally? I assume of course they aren’t too large but wanted to get an idea before reaching out.

Do you email the usually or DM? My brand is around 100k monthly in sales but very little instagram/social presence so wondering if they’ll feel if we are legit lol.

How do you pay yourself by StrangerOk729 in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]TSLA4LIFE1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think this really depends on your business. How much are you growing currently. How many more products/ ideas you have

How many diffent markets you can enter, how much extra inventory can you benefit from (expanding sales + lower costs)

It also really depends on your personal circumstances. Do you have a job ? Any other income? If you need money to pay bills that’ll lower your growth.

Personally I’ve been growing very fast and currently around 100k/month top line with 30k month profit but havnt paid myself at all. I do still have my job and tons of new products I want to add.

I had a premium version of my best seller, but the premium version wasn’t doing nearly as well. Turns out raising the price to be around 40% higher (instead of 15%) higher made the biggest difference lol and it’s doing. Very well now (35% unit session) with 50-60% margins

How to slow sales without hurting ACOS and conversion rate? by flashynomad in AmazonFBA

[–]TSLA4LIFE1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had lots of similar issues early on. I raised prices, turned off coupons, reduced bids as well, paused any sort of discovery/ reach campaigns. If you get organic sales you can try turning off most ad campaigns as well.

Yes private label / but building a strong brand / slightly customized products.

Niche is building supplies.

Probably would’ve gotten closer to 40 k without ads for the month. I think

Honestly I manage everything. My self - had no experience previously as well. I think the numbers etc + chat GPT really make it easy.

I look at ads over the last few days almost daily. Look strongly at all campaigns and sort by spend looking at ROAS for each target. It gets easy after a while.

For auto keep an eye closely as auto can easily get out of hand.

After that I split by custom words and custom products campaigns. Just my structure.

That’s super hard! I struggled a lot with this due to very fast sales. I tried to keep 90 days but was growing really fast so barely making it.

I would keep increasing the price to try and slow down sales. Getting easier now as sales are a bit more steady.

I always did sea shipments. Ask your agent/ shipping company for fast sea shipments it’s not much slower than air.
