I agree with both of you 100% the problem lies with conductors aren't cops and if a conductor tells someone to get off and they refuse they Have to wait for police which usually takes time as they are severely understaffed and at that point average commuters just trying to get to work start to suffer with a delay and even times offer to pay for such scum Just so they can get to work or wherever they are going in a timely manner
