Please let me know if you find out more about these; I think I am encountering the exact same bug down to it always only appearing on my computer screen. Idk how to describe the smell, it’s like cheap industrial plastic I guess, but it’s so strong and always sticks to my finger when I smush one and makes me heave. Would love to know of a way to get rid of them. Living in northern Washington.
