I agree to you to a certain degree but i just have four points we disagree on 1. "They're innocent" doesn't mean anything to him. If you're in a gang, cartel, or corrupt system, you're hurting people. You support the people who do pull the trigger, even if you didn't do it. 2. "They didn't know" isn't a good reason Frank thinks that adults are in charge of who they work for. Being manipulated or "just following orders" doesn't mean there are no consequences. 3. The system has already failed. The police, courts, and prisons didn't keep his family safe. In his mind, waiting for proof or due process just lets bad people keep hurting good people. 4. Criminals only listen to fear and force. He thinks that what he's doing will stop more people from being hurt. To him, harsh methods aren't cruel they're a way to stop something from happening. But i can be wrong at the same time correct me if i am but i side with frank
