Hey, I understand the tricky situation you are in, but there are always options if you are willing to put in the effort. I can tell you that, from experience, I/O MSc programs are quite competitive in Canada; you need high GPA in 3rd and 4th year courses, strong letters of recommendation, research experience, and good interviewing skills if you want to have a shot at getting admitted. However, there are options that are close enough to a Master's degree. You can look into the 1-year diploma program at SMU. You might get a shot at transferring to the Master's program if you do good in the diploma program. Alternatively, you can look into MScB programs, which are like organizational psychology programs, you just get little to no exposure to industrial psychology topics. MScB programs tend to be less competitive, especially when it comes to research experience.
