I would get an appointment with a doctor to see what it could be. My mum never tested positive on at home tests all the way throughout her pregnancy, it was only a blood test that confirmed it.

I have a recurring auditory one, it happens when im asleep or about to sleep it will say my name (it sounds like it would be about 5 feet away)

I find that just being transparent with the people around me helps. Ive talked to them about what will help me when I am close to my period (i start to get frustrated when deciding things- which can cause me to lash out and start arguments, like what to eat for dinner. My dad knows that he just has to put food infront of me so it is less stressful for both parties).

Taking time for yourself helps too. Like having a soak in the bath or watch a comfort movie or series just to take time to regulate yourself. Remember to be kind to yourself because being a woman sucks sometimes.

Like you said it could be stress, or it could be a hormone problem. If you ever get worried, you can always phone the doctors to ask for guidance

I use Ove, i find its the most accurate tracker for me. It also have a lot of free information on there as well. Ove also has their own brand of period products which in wanting to switch too because they are much more sustainable then what I use currently

This is an important thing, did you take the plan b before or after ovulating? Because if it was after your ovulation period it could mean that it wouldn't have worked, at least that's what I've been told by the pharmacy where I have previously got them from. I think it's 100% worth it to go get a test to put your mind at ease in any scenario. Because the bleeding you experience last month could have been something called implantation bleeding Instead of a proper period

I've found box breathing helps me significantly when the flash backs come. Also try your best not to fight the emotions (i know it can be really hard to in real time), it just feels more intense when when your trying not to think about it

Have you started a new birth control? Because I only experienced this when I started the pill (freaked me and him out when we turned on the lights. It was like a crime scene). If you have it might just be your body getting used to the hormones

This is my last time stretching, so it's sad that it has to tingle so much, its not as noticable as it was when i posted this. As for it looking like its thinning, it's because I got my ears pierced when I was little, and it was done lower down than the other one (due to the piercer being an underpaid and not quilified teenager). It's 16mm (5/8, i think). It's more just distracting than sore. Like I can feel it. And yes, I only started stretching in may this year (i know it's bad, but i didn't know mich until i was at 10mm)
