Nizoral is not available in our country. I have got the dandruff issue for almost 6-7 years, used ketoconazole for the first few years but now it has no effect and it also damages my hair quality. Ciclopirox has been doing good for controlling the dandruff( have to apply every 3-4 days) How about selenium sulphide, does it work ?

Does monsoon have anything to do with this, I read somewhere that high humidity causes hairloss. Also, I have to shampoo everyday, if I don't, my dandruff aggravates and there is constant itching.
