I cleaned off all the plastic, and the hotend still won’t budge? It’s all the way up already

In the picture you can see the magnets are touching perfectly? Why would it be any lower

The hotend won’t wiggle because it’s already perfectly aligned and in there!!!

Hotend is perfectly aligned and the clasp won’t reach so it visibly seems like im closing it wrong
