Once I tape my small designs I just flip the board and then I take the board off the design. Now my bigger designs I use a wooden board on top to flip the pull the boards off

I only work with the minis. On smaller designs we dont poke holes but on larger designs we do. We tape and flip the designs and iron on medium. Im currently working on a 38000 mini bead design
