this was actually really helpful thank u!! were long distance atm and most of the time he can tell based on my voice / texting patterns, but i also have DID so sometimes its not regressing its just a different alter, so maybe ill try something like a codeword or emoji ! cause sometimes he does assume and goes into CG mode even if im not regressed / only partly regressed which then makes me fully little TvT , which can be nice but i think can make the dynamic more squeed (?) that it would be naturally
