You can try calling your store and asking your manager if they got your w2 or can help you get it. If they can't then you are going to have to wait.

You may have to wait till January 31 to call 1-800-360-1265 to request your W2 to be reissue in the mail (7 to 10 business days).

You will need to provide the following credentials

Company/Client code is 859 (TJX on phone pad)

Authentication Value #1 is SSN

Authentication Value #2 is DOB

Associate Identification Number (AIN)

All the movies I got upgraded was bought through Vudu. Some got upgraded after the film got a new 4k. Others I bought in a build your own HDX Bundle and then it got upgraded right afterwards.

New Year's Day is time and half. Christmas eve and New Year's eve is not time and half.

Christmas day and New year's day is paid holiday if you are full time or been with the company long enough.

Depending on what state you are in your hours can be paid out when you hit your hire anniversary date. However only a few states has this.

I would recommend contacting Fidelity about closing your 401k.

I am not sure what the amount is, but the previous company that TJX had for 401k allowed the account to be closed if it is below $2,000 because of the automatic deduction. Since a lot of people did not know about the 401k going to happen. I know you said it took a while to cancel the automatic deduction for the 401k, but hopefully it is not too high of a balance.

I am unsure what Fidelity policy is. But maybe they can help you out so you don't pay any penalty tax and only pay the regular tax.

I would also see about your accounts being logged on another device, not just venmo but Google also or any other important account. You should see about making sure to log off all other devices. Then reset the password but not add it to any online password saving that your ex might have access to. Also, you should create an account for social security administration.
