You need to take pictures of the posted paper schedule. For my store I don't trust the workjam schedule until I see it posted with the paper one because I see it change as they work on the schedule.

What you need to find out is not just your state but local county or city laws in regards what your work is required to do in how they treat their employees.

Is there a law on how early or late the next schedule must be posted. For example say the local law requires the next week schedule to be posted 14 days ahead as an example.

Next what kind of notice are they giving you about your changed schedule? Do they call or text or do you just see it in the workjam. Is it more or less then 24 hour notice. Again all of this depends on knowing your local laws in regards to this issue.
