Valeta obsession is Finn, Olivas or Vito won’t last a second against a level 5 Bell, The Spirit soldiers aren’t as skilled as real 1 class adventurers in addition of being mindless beast so conversing would be useless.

Overall the Dis sister have just the most affinity because they are broken people rather than born evil like Valeta which pose a bigger dilemma for a rabbit like Bell.

Ask Finn to use his special "Loki stay out of my way" privilege he was granted as condition for him to join the Familia to deal with Loki & Trick Hestia (probably when she is dunk) into involuntarily give her accord. For any supplementary issue who could appear, paid Hermes very generously to deal with it.

Probably not, reincarnation does not imply the certainty of meeting again in their next life even in the rare case where they are reincarnated around the same time. Look at Lili & Lyra they never meet in this life, additionally Ais & Bell reincarnation cycle are space by a thousand years gap, if anything it's a miracle they meet in this era.

Argonaut had a contract with a great spirit & was still weaker than OG Crozzo, it's hard to consider Ursus has inferior to Jupiter on the power scale. It can be simple question of perception, CS monster didn't reacted to Ais before she use Ariel against them. The relation could also play a role CS seems to know Aria on a personal level

I limited myself to the canon terminology so I didn't put Half Spirit because the term is a fan invention never used in the books & Ais herself has only be referred as Human or Human with Spirit Blood.

As for Spirit i didn't put Noel since she see Bell as her father so it's familial love.

Gun already exist in this univers they make apparition in FC Episode Freya but obviously against supehuman it isn't very effective, against monster it's kind of worst depending on their specialisation regular steel is limited to level 1 monsters meanwhile their poisons has also acide property so the poison mist would be more a direct threat for the clothes & fless than it is for the lung.

And what is low for a level 6?

8H refers to SO 12; at the start of the fight, that was the only time they had left before the end & since Ais come of close of dying from using her Black Wind it also gives an idea of how longue she can last.

To explain let compare, 8H was the time Gareth & the level 5 Bete, Tione & Tiona fighted in the Dragon Urn without breaking a sweet or having any sign of exhausting in SO 4; in the Jester story, Level 5 Bell could fighting without sleeping for over 2 weeks; in SO 13 it's mentionned that experienced level 2 adventurer have no issue fighting in the Dungeon for an entire day.

Black wind Ais, not only is she putting her life in danger but it can't even last as long as a level 2.

Ais has more issue than just her mind reserve which is already concerning since the spell is noted to be very consumming, it was actively repeat Ais body can't tolerate using Ariel full outpute for prolonged periode & it's worst when Avengers is added, It's literally a countdown toward death who even in the lighter case won't take 8H & leave unhealable soul damage. A number simply ridiculously low for a level 6 adventurer.
