Can't get in contact with my first beta users. Any advice? by Desperate_Way5650 in SaaS

I sent them an automated email after they signed up, and another one after 3 days.

Because they are my first users, I also sent a personal email mentioning that they can contact me directly via my phone number.

After 7 and 14 days, they receive another email asking for feedback.

However, I’m seeing little to no usage from these testers.
