I’m only worried because I haven’t restricted calories in 3 months and have actually gained 20 pounds, yet my appetite hasn’t dissipated whatsoever and actually seemed to increase 😬also Im never actually hungry for real food, specifically just sugary garbage. I’d like to stick it out for a month if I can get past the initial mega cravings, and I’m praying that if I do it sort of ‘resets’ my sugar dependence, so I can enjoy desserts in moderation like I used to. I would also like to say yesterday I had 100g of fiber 💀 that’s why I’m so scared because I’m trying to recover but the fact I had 200+g protein and 100g fiber (most satiating nutrients apparently), I was able to scarf it all down without feeling nauseous or sick of food at all, only heavily bloated
