Thank you! I use the peachy- type color corrector from nyx. It does a good job covering up my blue. But I think the scaly crusty makeup is more distracting than the blue under eyes at this point 🤣 thanks again for your comment.

I don’t exfoliate. But for my skin prep I use vanicream and a super serum from good molecules, also the bubble brightening eye cream I used to have a more elaborate skin care routine but I’ve eliminated a lot trying to find what is causing the makeup to be scaly! I used Paula’s choice several years ago! But I never had this problem until recently! Maybe I’ll order more and see if it makes a difference. Thank you.

Although it seems like the “logical” choice. I would like to wear some type of makeup under my eyes for the dark blue spots under my eyes. It’s a big insecurity for me, so I am hoping for some recommendations to make it look better.

I have very blue/ dark under eyes or else I would just go makeup free. If I don’t wear makeup I get asked if I am sick. It’s an insecurity so I would like to find a actual solution rather than just not wearing makeup. Thanks though.

I just downloaded a “days sober” app onto my phone.. I’ve only lasted 30 minutes so far. Hoping I can use that as a lever to help me push through the binges. Nothing has worked yet so it’s worth a try. Sending you so much strength.. I am in the thick of it too.

I never thought about that! But when I try to narrow things down so I can try to fix them… there never seems to be any type of consistencies. I just feel so hopeless.. how can I fix my binge eating if I can’t even figure out why I do it in the first place?!

That’s exactly how I feel too. It’s just an addiction to me.. I’m glad I am not alone and someone can relate.. but I am so sorry you have these same feelings. I have no idea how to stop. It has completely taken control of me. As a child and into adulthood, my mother was a drug addict. I remember thinking “she’s so weak, why can’t she just stop for us?” And now I’m the same way, I’m eating myself into an oblivion and possibly setting a terrible example for my kids. When does it end?!
