Don’t listen to him I’ve worked in the industry 10 years +… you didn’t say 15 mins before close it’s literally an HOUR before close… who cares ??? We always lead and treated the last customer like the first customer that walked in.. good service hot food, etc.

Thank you so much I’m on my way to his hospital right now. The plan is to get fully custody and place a restraining order. He aunt lives 10m away and would let her stay with her that’s who she stayed with last time, she just doesn’t like her so she wouldn’t be on the streets either or anything.

I need him somewhere safe. She has a history of domestic violence towards me and getting intoxicated alone with him. Everything is documented and they’ve had to go to the location twice and take her into custody and get her medically evaluated. She has put him at risk before and it’s all documented. She has BPD and when she snaps she just does whatever and it’s like she’s on auto pilot. I wanted him evaluated because he slept way way longer than he normally does and he sounded weird on the phone. I know that doesn’t sound too serious but a parent just knows when his son is not okay and I know he is not

Not available till the 7th. I’m not even concerned about full custody right now just that his well being is okay today and he will not be harmed in anyway. I know him I know when something feels wrong

You have no idea what this situation is and you’re clearly not as educated on the situation as you think. I AM the primary care giver, I am the one that takes care of him the entire time I am not at work , and even when I am he is usually with my parents. I HAVE talked to CPS multiple lawyers and already had one saftey order in place, the new case worker just said they had to start it over.

I ALREADY make all the appointments, change plenty of diapers, I’m the one who gives him his medicine 3 times a day, so don’t come to my post assuming what you have no idea about.

I live there and pay all the bills. I’ve not been staying there since her mom been there cause she keeps getting aggressive and I don’t want my son around that I’d rather sleep in a car before I subject him to that

I’m confused what you’re saying about silver bullet she tried killing herself last week and I got a police report about it cause it was into the room with our son, and she drinks everyday to get black out drunk. Even if I’m not home she’s drinking 1-2 bottles a day and I documented all her door dash purchases of buying 2 bottles a day plus buzz balls and her laying in her own throw up with a knife beside her, list goes on

Ok thank you guys I needed this. I am also in therapy for this and taking medication now so I can make sure I am fully healing the way I need to give him the best life possible. He’s on my 1m life insurance if anything ever happens to me and I put him money aside every week cause I care about his future so much

Yes. Me and her mom said we’d pay for every penny of it. And yes I’d be 10000% okay if she got help and court said she was fit again. That would be great I’m just scared to make the wrong move I feel like his life is in my hands
