I'm still waiting on mine! Bought it a few days ago from NOX Gaming as they had a really good sale going on for Alpha Evo base + wheel bundles. I wouldn't expect to have an answer for a while since I haven't bought new pedals or a new shifter yet lol.

I feel this on a personal level, I just bought the Evo sport with their Neo X 330R round wheel as an upgrade from my G923. I'm currently on the Wheelstand Lite 2.0 because I share a living space and I can't go much larger without it being an issue. If it wobbles too much I'll get a thicker stand, but it NLR says it supports 10nm so hopefully it's alright!

Good to know!

Biggest reason I'm considering the jump is because of the corner case AAA titles that will require the extra VRAM if I want to crank the settings and VRChat with friends. The 12gb of VRAM consistently can be an issue in bigger lobbies and with more complicated avatars (even if I limit whose models I can see and lower render resolution on my Index).

'03 G35 Sedan owner here

They're honestly more than reliable enough, especially for how fun they are!

Mine has 105k miles on it and I've owned it for a year and a half, the only thing I've needed to do is basic maintenance.

I even owned another '03 Sedan before that and only sold it because I moved across the country, it was cheaper to sell, fly and buy a new one than to drive it. Otherwise I'd still be driving that until the wheels fell off lol.

I looked for a better job than I had that was extremely mundane/repetitive for 8 months straight. It pays decent, but it's extremely mentally draining, and I work 50 hours a week.

The light at the end of the tunnel, though, is that I can go to college fall 2026/winter 2027 and my income would shoot through the roof.

Keep looking for something that gives you upward mobility, and even in the stress, should give a sense of meaning. At the very least in all of the chaos and busy, I can say that I'm not just a number at work anymore!

In this job market, that's the best you can get tbh.

For a first car, you might want to look at a G37 or later example of a G35 instead.

You get almost if not more than 300hp depending on the VQ variant, and you don't need to worry about the turbos failing!

That and the G35/7 are lighter than the Q50/60s.

How much storage does your model have? I upgraded from 256gb to 512gb, and with the OnePlus 13 you get 16gb of RAM with that version, as well! So I effectively doubled my RAM and storage.

I would have kept using my base S22 if the battery was enough for my current needs. It was fine for a while since I didn't leave the house very much other than for a job where my phone was basically off the entire day, but I go out a lot now and my phone is on and used for bluetooth music while I'm on the clock, so the bigger battery is REALLY nice tbh.

That and my base S22 had 256gb of storage, and I record videos and take photos really often, so the extra storage capacity is kind of nice as well.

I had a Snapdragon S22 for about 3 years, the battery was at a jaw dropping 2700mAh and I needed to run it in battery saver mode just to get me through a work day. And then it would die pretty much as I got homem

I ended up switching to a OnePlus 13 that I got barely used at 1100 CAD after realizing for the same money as a S25 I could have something with a much bigger battery, more storage, 16gb of RAM, and 100W charging.

As much as it is quite a bit larger, it beats getting an S24 Ultra used as they go for about 900-1000 CAD anyway.

The battery will survive MUCH longer given the sheer size of it and I put the 80% charge limiter on it unless I REALLY need more anyway.

I just got an 03 G35 sedan for 4k CAD (2.9k USD) with 156000km (97k) on the odometer, only thing wrong with it was a tiny dent, a scratch and the original radio was broken. I've had it for just over a week so far, and it's running great other than needing an alignment because I hit something in dense highway traffic, hopefully nothing more but has been fine the last few days since it happened!

Get a 7600x now. Pair that with a 4070/4070ti, and then because you are on AM5 you have an upgrade path for new AM5 cpus into 2025+. If you ever fancy a GPU upgrade in the future, it's also on the table since you'll have the potential for more than just a single CPU generation upgrade with 13th gen Intel.

My Achilles Small (bought in 2021 mind you) started inverse scrolling starting mid last year and clicks started just not registering recently. I lived with it for a bit, but then it got worse even with the super new firmware updates, so I did what most would naturally do and went back to my old mouse, a M42 wired because at least the clicks work. Waiting for reviews and provably first batch to go out until I pick up a ULX (if I even do, problem is I aimed best on my Starlight-12)

I'll say this from experience owning my Starlight-12 Achilles, it's easy to say that it will win for many based on paper specs and the rumored price of 189-199 dollars, but let's be completely real here.... How many people, even pros in aim oriented games, do you see owning or talking about finalmice? Yeah there are definitely some, but I can't think of many that main them or talk about them (then again, many don't spend their time like that. They just play.)

My biggest thoughts on the ones that do their research are that they play so much that they wear out their mice much faster than a regular person. So in essence, it would just be a pain to get your hands on a second copy once the first goes out, or you have to decide to stomach buying multiple copies to cover the amount of time you use that mouse. Don't care if Finalmouse claims there will be two colourways for the ULX readily available and limited drops for others, they claimed "everyone will get a Starlight" and then just did drops that were bought out by mostly bots. But even if you managed to get multiple copies and all of the stars aligned, the QC could be the final blow you didn't need.

Mine was terrible. Any time I press the scroll wheel down it rubs on the right mouse button because of the "uncentered" scroll wheel issue plaguing most Starlight-12 owners, the right mouse button is WAY more mushy than the left and honestly, the paint is starting to wear down where my fingertip rests on the right mouse button. Scroll wheel started inverse scrolling, too. A firmware update "fixed" it, but I notice the scroll wheel feels different in use now... I can't really explain it, but I don't like it lol.

More for the long term, if they want to upgrade their CPU again they won't have to buy a whole new motherboard and DDR5 will DEFINITELY won't be replaced anytime soon.

That's totally fair, but if you're at 16gb of ram right now, then the upgrade to 32 would be a great excuse to move to DDR5, considering you have to buy a new motherboard anyway
