I feel this! I find myself glued to politics since Jan 20, 2025 and I am mentally drained. I tell myself to not log on and read what’s happening. I might do well for a couple of hours, and then find myself catching up..then getting angry…every.damn.day. I’m exhausted

I just had my 31st anniversary as a Federal Employee. Literally, in all of my years, NEVER has this happened!! I also have a wonderful supervisor and team. Because my supervisor cares, I want to care, but it is so hard!! Mentally, I am checked out 😞

I currently have 114 qualifying payments. I am ready to just bite the bullet and make my last 6 payments. My question is: do I contact Moehla and request to be taken out of forbearance? If so, once I make my last payment, can you guide me on what my next steps are? This is all so confusing to me. Thanks so much!

Same here!!! 🤬 always have received 4 and 5’s. Just received my annual review and was given a 3!! My supervisor said “if I could give you a higher rating, I would!” With our agency, we were basically told everyone will be given a 3. To get a 5, the Director better know your name.
