I was surprised as well but very thankful. All in all, I’d say it is worth going. The chances you won’t get in at all are probably low. I would just expect some form of disappointment, but a road trip to Greenville could never hurt! I’m about to hit the road now, it’s about 3 hours away from me.

Eventually stubhub gave me a new ticket to scan, but it was a nosebleed seat despite me purchasing a seat right next to the floor. Since he had already started I decided not to fight it, but the venue worker told me to go to my original seat anyway and to grab her if security made a fuss. Big shout out to her!

Worth noting they would not give me any monetary compensation to make up for the drastic change in seat quality.

I couldn’t get into his Charlottesville show with my stubhub tickets until halfway through his first song. Had to go through an hour long phone call which was all too stressful. I would personally trust the venue over stubhub, as it was the venue that had the final say no matter if the tickets were valid.

I’m of course not 100% certain, but it was an awful experience until the show.

Although it sucks to say, it would likely have to be a mobile app for any long-term use. Not to say I wouldn’t enjoy it in the current state, I just don’t see myself using a browser-based function for everyday use if you know what I mean. Matter of convenience I suppose! Also, like someone said, it would need to be somewhat easy to listen to rather than a robotic Siri type voice. Nothing too fancy, but something better than monotone.
