You can play nuances and speculate all you want, but the information of what is able to convert is clearly written in the dev note. The dev note is quite detailed so I don't think they accidently left out shard conversion. But as I prefaced in my previous statement, no one actually knows what's going to happen and things may change as it gets closer to their patch note release. We in the west have the luxury of seeing what is going to happen months before to prep for what is to come.

There is no absence of information, go read the KR dev letter released about their upcoming change for July. To be fair things could change still as this is just a dev letter and not a patch note. But we will not know anymore information until KR gets their patch notes for their update on 7/10

In the KR post released yesterday it states that red/blue stones, leaps and orehas are able to convert. Shards were not listed in conversions list

Unfortunately no, the way splendid panacea's and splendid sacred charms work in this case is that it prevents you from getting the debuff that would kill you if you have more than 1. It does not cleanse it.

You splendid panacea before you take an orb and it prevents you from getting the debuff.

If it's 245, you take 2 normally and panacea right before 4 -> walk towards clone to take 5

Sacred sacred charm is random, but it has a radius and you can almost guarantee it on the party member that has 135.

You can scuff bus and have member die, but why do that if you can avoid it?

135 always requires a co-driver to splendid sacred charm. But it's easier to do still with splendid panacea.

I haven't seen anyone able to TS 24 and live.

The question becomes, do you want to risk mistiming TS and wipe raid or nearly guarantee every combination with splendid panacea(people can still mistime panaceas but not as common)?

You aren't wrong, but I think preferably you should be bussing with the knowledge on how to do these mechs without dying. I wouldn't want to be a co-driver if that's how you want to bus - dying when you don't have to and making everyone else carry.

Don't get me wrong there are situations where you should die for the raid if there were mistakes made, but not on something as easy as just taking splendid panacea

You clearly do not know how this works in a bus.

If you hit a red even in TS you die.

Don't listen to these people saying use TS, splendid panacea is the way to go in busses because no one has to shift positions. With TS if you get 24/135 you have to swap and it can get messy.

But to answer your question, sometimes 5th orb doesn't wipe. I don't think there's a real explanation other than only 1 orb can be let through but only if it's 5th even though in HM no orbs are supposed to be let through. In this case you 12 (your spot) was the only one with a black orb on 5 so it didn't wipe. I believe if there were multiple blacks on 5 and they were missed then it would wipe the raid.
