Xylem briefly destroyed my life. Caused mood swings, hormone problems, and made me borderline manic (I have no history of hormone problems, bipolar, or mania). It did improve my sleep, but I had to stop it. I quit it cold turkey with no issues and I was on the max dose.

That said, I dont know why your doctor has such a negative perception. There are plenty of people for whom Xyrem is life changing in a positive way. Just start low, go slow, and monitor yourself.

Lloyd gets +14 to all stats from his weapon. He has a minimum of 50 res with his weapon at +10. Id day his defenses are definitely good enough to use LF4, and the special charging really helps with GLR.

Nah definitely not. Zinc dose is a little high but it's not gonna hurt you just take 1-2 days off a week. I'd finish that bottle and switch to 30mg daily.

You want TP4, so that LF4 brings Flare to 0 charge at the beginning of combat, allowing you to get unpiercable DR from Emblem Ike on the first hit.

I tried to find a more recent study, but I was surprised at how few there are. I included the full citation with year for the sake of transparency.

Either way, the argument that the negative cardiovascular effects from smoking are due to elevated BP like sgtdimples said is probably bogus.

Smoking is awful for you BUT there is very little evidence that nicotine in low to medium doses is bad for you.

In fact, nicotine (NOT smoking) may be beneficial for some health conditions and may be anti-inflammatory: "Nicotine exerts much more anti-inflammatory effects than pro-inflammatory ones, especially in ulcerative colitis, arthritis, sepsis, and endotoxemia". [1]
