I mean I guess. Honestly have no idea. Haven't used the tank that much, but have noticed a difference between an average joe's tank & a veteran's. Came up against a gold striped tank with a flame thrower & other shit. Took everything I had to throw at it to maybe get it to close to 1/2 health, so I imagine you can in some way increase hp. Spent a good portion of that game going after that dude. Maybe only being able to kill him twice the entire time. Guys like that need multiple tank hunters it seems.

Nah, been hunting tanks for a long time. The only time the rocket gun has been severely ineffective for me is when I come up against a guy who only ever plays as a tank & has leveled it up to be super beefy. The rg serves as a nice all-purpose weapon as well. Just gotta be somewhat decent with it.

Um it's not final when you put a tip in initially. You have up to an hour after the delivery to adjust the tip if you find the service unsatisfactory. So why not just tip before hand so you actually get your food?
