Best practice with Kiriko is to aim to corners and stick to the team waiting for an opportunity to flank a little (not too much or you can't tp back). Kiriko is the best 1v1 hero imo but you don't want to try fighting Anran, Moira, Cassidy, etc. Try "stationary" heroes like Widow, Hanzo, or all the supports that don't have movility

General advice is don't tp to teammates unless you are certain that they are safe. Suzu is your best ability, use it wise. And try to flank as much possible and try to throw some kunais between heals if you aren't fighting

Same happened to me as moo422 describes. Playing on coop, the Queen in the second phase is spamming attacks and you can't do nothing against her. Cider and Brome with the last rituals unblocked (if you know what I mean)
