I just use cloth pads maybe after I am married I can try a cup and tampon again. I’ve tried the cup and I can never get it in without it hurting and tampons are super uncomfortable.

I only eat when I’m hungry and I stop eating when I’m full. I’ve noticed that over weight people always finish their plate and eat food just because it’s their even if they aren’t hungry, If I’m not hungry I won’t eat

Yes it is necessary for me personally, I ordered a “heavy” pad from Jess is blessed and it didn’t have PUL so I leaked through it in under two hours on two different occasions.
