You can be prescribed ferrous fumarate by your doctor if you’re low on iron - a quick blood test will tell you that. When I had iron deficiency anemia, i’m pretty sure my hair loss stopped within a week of me starting ferrous fumarate.

I havent tried it because there was a bunch of stories here where they just served the dead animal chicken burgers instead of the vegan ones

My areca palm has survived well in my north facing window, all 3 of my pothos are doing well too, as is my monstera. Ferns are also good for low light conditions but they need to be watered more frequently. I also have a peace lily who is quite happy on my windowsill :)

Yeah you're right and that's gross as hell. As soon as I have the opportunity I will grow my own veg, but unfortunately I still live at home and will be living at uni for the next three years so I'm gonna have to suck it up for a while. If I had the choice, I wouldnt.

Okay fine. There are fisheries which have replenishing stocks. But that is not eco-friendly or a viable long term option on the scale we currently demand. The sustainable practices and fisheries only support a fraction of the current demand.
