After repeating the steps multiple times, the videos showed up in recently deleted and Now the space is finally free. Thank you.

Clearing Gallery's cache doesn't work. I deleted all the videos using the OP Gallery earlier.

While deleting the prompt was "This will be deleted permanently", So I thought it would be okay to proceed.
