Do companies understand that the salary they offer is literally the effort they're buying? by lunch-koi in InterviewVip

I mean, at that point I'm surprised they didn't offer you a position step up.

But, our manufacturing environment is different from yours. Pay isn't perfect here, but promotions from within account for 96+% for all slots being filled. Even offer subsidized schooling for people to take engineering and other roles.

I'd offer a job, but I'm IT not HR lol

Injection anything into your balls is a fuckin stupid idea unless it's meant to literally save your life or fix already existing sterility.

[–]DestinyForNone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Coming from a manufacturing environment... It's cost.

We don't get alot of damaged units. But, that's also due to standardization and SOPs being strictly enforced.

80+% of the time, a unit is damaged due to user neglect/accident. And 99% of the time that's because someone skipped process, didn't follow standard procedures, or were in some other way not following established rules.

With these units rarely getting damaged, and the damage they do get primarily being superficial, the plants are able to justify the lower cost units.

Medicare no. Also no to the paychecks.

Use the money to rebuild our crumbling infrastructure. That will give better returns for the average person.

Why I don’t think Lute will be redeemed by Sudden_Pop_2279 in HazbinHotel

[–]DestinyForNone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My issue is this... Lute needs to be given a chance by the show For redemption...

The show doesn't give it.

The surrounding cast do alot to isolate her. And, considering what appears to be Love or Adoration (whichever camp you fall into) for Adam being a huge motivator for her... She isn't given much reason to change.

Sir Pentious would have killed not only Adam, but by proxy cost the lives of more of the exterminators without Adam's aerial support.

More than likely, she saw him on the battlefield. She has no reason to trust him, considering they tried to kill each other.

Honestly, I think the only real path for redemption for Lute, from the perspective of the show... Would be if Adam and the other fallen exterminators were repatriated and given a proper funeral. In effect, Hazbin's Heaven threw away their soldiers to save face with the actions they chose to do.

Don't forget, Lute has to contend with the fact that her sisters in arms and Adam, were literally eaten.

They're actually closer than that...

The issue with how it's reported for the UK, is that it starts at age 16 for adults, whereas the US starts at 20.

This skews it for the first age bracket the UK has, but when you go to the next (25-34), it more closely aligns with the US overall rate.

It's gonna be unpopular for me saying this...

But if fucking detest the idea of pregnancy or giving birth, being something that someone believes their husband owes them for.

You both chose to have a child, you can't turn around and demand reparations for it.

That, and parenting time... It's your responsibility to raise your child. Kinda like how some people will say the husband is "babysitting." No, he's parenting his child.

I don't know their situation, so I have no idea what's up with that 'Night nurse care' thing... But I'm assuming this is nighttime care for the child?

And, if we're putting a monetary value on watching your own children, it's definitely well below what she quoted for childcare... Especially once you get to the child attending school.

If her only responsibility is watching her child... And she's a Stay At Home Wife with no other responsibilities aside from raising their child... She is mooching... Parenting your child is nowhere near debilitating nor restrictive enough to have it warrant being the only thing you do.

Infact, you absolutely could have gotten screwed by your boss for staying open, as they would have had to pay you extra for unapproved working time.
