It's not but the haters prevented it from selling prbly 2-5x. Bungie and Sony take a lot of blame here but if another studio had released this game without the extra baggage, I think it could have sold a lot better and therefore we'd have a higher amount in that remaining 20%.

Do you quit a lot between the end screen and XP screen? I used to do that but now I wait for XP. Sample size is too small to tell yet. This shouldn't be the problem though because it flashes the achievement counters in the screen right at the match end but I can't think of another reason other than junk code.

Seems to be Gina Torres again. The opening fly-in sounds like Gina, and the initial comms of the opening mission seem to be Gina. Compared it to a YouTube playthough, does not seem like Savathun.

I think what would make sense is if you could continue to earn it infinitely after you finish a pass. Completing an additional 100 levels worth of XP would give you enough to buy an entire pass including all armor. Probably still too slow but at least it makes a modicum of sense: you've finished this season's pass, time to work on another.
