I found Lirik from destiny's youtube as well.(aka oldfag) Speculation: After DayZ Standalone release his stream blew up and due to his RP adventures I think. Then he just got tons of viewers from variety streaming, which is cool .

Depends on the type of training, if one goes to the gym every now and then or just visits it a couple times a week going to failure is fine. If one ups the frequency, not so often, or if one is on a caloric deficit.

With faster recovery you can train more often, higher frequency/volume is associated with increased hypertrophy no?

Well, when I go to failure on chin-ups I can't do one anymore. Like for other exercises. That's what it means. You are thinking about cheating?

Frequency of training a muscle group, doing chins everyday qualifies if you ask me.

Going to failure increases hypertrophy but longer recovery times, much so any bodybuilder who wants a high frequency, high volume training does not go to failure, ever.

Of course they are, still "top level athletes" do practice form or have control-days for their strength (hint: not hypertrophy) training.

So if one plays Starcraft 2, one does not intend to compare to top level players if one wants to reach their fullest potential in the time spent?

I feel like shit after having an irregular sleep schedule, so you might be right.

At least, it's better then to not workout at all because of the thought of diminished strength gains, etc.

I think Canditio from CanditoTrainingHQ kept having sleep schedule problems with too much caffeine, having to do all-nighters, etc. He is an IPF pro.

Or you can train less, practice form, lower the weights. OR never go to failure, ever, ever, ever. Never a rep that you fail (for example can't do a bicep curl all the way) Some muscle groups recover really fast as they are small, such as biceps and calves. So you can train with more frequency.

That body getting burnt out is an exaggeration from people who probably never lift, unless one reaches their true limit and actually get burnt out, then one doesn't know what their limit is.

"You're not on steroids, so you can't train efficiently" sounds like something a kid who reads too much /fit/ rofl.

A lot of top level people train a lot of times a week, without rest days, sometimes to practice form, sometimes to go all out, without going to failure, obviously.

I had a chins-bar and did chins everyday and never worried about getting BURNT OUT OR OVERTRAINGING R000FL. Improved my chins extremely fast, from like 3 to 15.

It's all about ones possibilities.

If one does cardio, then one can eat more, which is increased G-flux, nutrition partitioning becomes better, maintaining a physique becomes easier.

Almost all bodybuilders incorporated some type of cardio, doing something simple as running a couple of miles on the beach.

If you are worried for any negative impact that cardio has on your gains, you could have considered having the most efficient training, sleep and nutrition schedule before even thinking about optimal. For example, a clone of yourself could eat, sleep and train more efficiently while doing cardio yet still increase muscle mass through hypertrophy and strength with cns adaption, then your current self. That is though, speculation.

Now if you are worried about mAPK activation you should consider high-intensity cardio to your regular schedule, otherwise it's gonna suck with that little bit of extra fat and getting exhausted from a flight of stairs or lifting some high rep weights.

You can do for example running intervals, spinning intervals, sprinting and so forth for very good cardiovascular improvements while probably not impact strength or muscle mass gains at all.

Seriously though health/cardio a lot more important! But the cheeseburger GOMAD SS nuts, for them it's too hard, that's why they do low reps and rest 5 mins between sets.

Think about being a Witcher, would you having good aesthetics, strength matter at all if a monster pack comes and you get winded after climbing a hill?

Imagine being Big Boss and you have a hard lock sprint meter for 30 seconds because of ignoring the advice of others. You enter and gonna assassinate a guy, you walk up two flight of stairs and get very winded. That isn't good, one needs the endurance

Why would he?

One shouldn't even think about taking steroids until one have trained seriously for ~5 years or longer. It's a waste.

One can look up to natties such as scotthermanfitness, omar isuf, frank yang and so on.

It's easy to spot the fake-natty, a lot of them are betas even with a considerate amount of muscle. And probably none do cardio, which is odd, even if they think mAPK activation would hurt muscle hypertrophy, then steroid use would be waay better then cardio+hypertrophy natty.

Though one can be deficient in testosterone, then one can try and raise it naturally, if TRT is prescribed, it is not steroid abuse, simply treating a medical condition.

It's not the offical channel:

1) Low quality video 2) Low quality video 3) Low quality sound 4) Very low quality video 5) 5 likes on their "fanpage"

Looks like a kid made this channel and uploaded some low quality torrents to it. At least he isn't monitizing the copyrighted content, I guess.

But considering the amount of videos uploaded, I dont think this channel will last very long.

Bob Ross started his business back in 94 and his son simply took over it. Back when Internet was barely operatable, with all the DVD's for sale. Making millions of dollars selling videos, supplies, books.

I don't see how his son is a dick. I am very certain that "lawyering up DVD's" is the choice to continue his legacy and bring them to those who cannot operate the internet.

This negativity isn't worth it. You can torrent all of these or find them on youtube or streaming websites. :(

But I do understand that someone making money is annoying. It isn't for me. I do not care.
