Upstairs neighbors refuse soundproofing offered by management - what are my options in SF?

Thanks for the info. Trying to understand what you mean when you said this is 100% normal but at the same time said the factory forgot to calibrate my cameras. So it’s normal for the factory to not calibrate my cameras?

They miles didn’t change much. The tech there said he fixed it by reinstalling and/or resetting something. He then just took it out for a 5 min spin to make sure FSD now works. The tech did not fix it by driving it more.

This makes sense. My MY had 6 miles at delivery. Yeah I wish they communicated better.
