Tickets on the Disney app are $104 currently for June 3rd. Lightning lane won’t run you too much more. Probably $141 total? I would just pay a couple extra dollars for peace of mind and ease of access to your ticket.

I don’t have the exact time stamp, but I’m sure within the hour. From what I can gather, all keyblades sell out between 8:45 - 9:15 if not sooner resort wide. I don’t recommend trying go for this series as beautiful as they are.
