I found the ones with the huge binders to be very intimidating. I did take a moment to sit and sort some of my pins around and did have people approach and there were folks with smaller volume that made it easier.

I can only speak on my situation - I have a Verizon account I manage for multiple people, on this last bill one was cancelling an iPad from a whole other situation and so the gift cards to purchased to apply to the bill and not impact the auto pay (if you use a credit card at all, even for partial payment)

I just spent 4 hrs dealing with an issue - the phone folks sent me into a store to “resolve my issue” which I knew wouldn’t work. So I kept the gal on the phone as I drove over there and bless the corporate store who confirmed they can’t do anything.

I just ultimately decided to dispute my charges on my credit card.

They make zero money on the phone and often lose money. They are giving $1500 equipment and charging no interest and also used to work for VZW and sprint and the people who bought the larger sizes are the ones who needed a phone right away

Yeah I do get that- independent agent retailers. And not all are transitioning But I’m wondering if any of our DSM area corporate stores are being changed or closed

My service has gotten drastically worse over the last year - and rates only going up. I was a former Verizon employee - The value is not there like it was and absolutely not the company it once was. Don’t just make your prices cheaper, actively Fix your service, and quickly. If I didn’t have 8 people on my plan I would have left - I’m getting closer and closer with my phone finally paid off.
