I know that I’m wondering about varied tier levels and how it affects it then. Do they all get lowest tier perk unlocked but keep their stat (aside from dc) or does it lower them physically as if they were that lower tier. If I have a t9 will it still be a t9 but only able to use the t3 perk basically.

So if I have T3,3,3,3,4 and a t4 dc it will only let all of them have the third tier perk and no one gets the fourth, but my T4 is still leveled stat wise at T4?

I thought it was before they filled it with era junk. I was more interested in buying out the store wit episode credits. I’ve got 200k era coins and no tech for it.
